This leading construction consultancy firm is looking for a driven and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their well - established infrastructure team in Cardiff. With a range of different projects to work on within the infrastructure sector, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in environments where no two days are the same.

Requirements as the Successful Quantity Surveyor:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Relevant experience in a similar consultancy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.


Responsibilities of the Successful Quantity Surveyor:

  • Delivery of projects.
  • Pre and Post contract services.
  • Manage project coordination and project reporting.
  • Attend site inspections and site meetings.
  • Attend and minute project meetings.
  • Administer Contracts.
  • Procure services and works on behalf of our clients and projects.
  • Support to junior member of the team and senior staff.
