Quantity Surveyor

Temporary and Permanent roles available

Location - Cardiff, South Wales

Hourly rate: negotiable

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our South Wales based clients on either a temporary or permanent basis

Duties for the Quantity Surveyor will involve:

  • Provide commercial support for a well-known Housing and Construction business
  • Managing commercial risk and opportunity
  • Ensuring the accuracy of forecasts, KPI's and reporting
  • Ensuring all authorisations/certificates are in line with the terms and conditions of the contract
  • Undertaking site inspections and visits to measure, agree and certify contractor's claims.
  • Authorising rates including costs, quantities and schedule of rates coding
  • Assist in compiling cost feasibilities, approximate estimates, specification and schedule of rates

Essential requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:

  • Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Possess HNC Qualification (preferred)
