This Consultancy has 7 offices throughout England and Wales, has an excellent reputation, and is consistently growing nationally and internationally.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role

Based on the Newport side of Cardiff, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a small team working across Residential, Infrastructure, Housing and Education projects – amongst others.

Projects range widely in value and the role includes taking full ownership with client-facing responsibilities.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a construction related degree
• A successful track record of delivering projects independently
• Enjoys being hands-on
• Pre and post cost management experience
• PQS /Consultancy background
