Job Description: We'reseeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in cladding remediation to join their team for a project in Cardiff. The successful candidate will collaborate with the existing permanent Quantity Surveyor to provide specialised expertise in cladding remediation. This position offers a duration of 4-5 years, with several additional schemes planned in Wales over the next few years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of quantity surveying for the cladding remediation project.
  • Collaborate with the existing QS and project team to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide accurate cost management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cladding remediation projects.
  • Experience working with main contractors is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
