We are seeking a diligent and experienced Surveyor Quantity Surveyor (SQS) to join our property construction team, dedicated to ensuring the financial aspects of our projects are comprehensively managed and controlled.

Description

  • Oversee all financial aspects of assigned projects.

  • Handle contract administration and sub-contract procurement.
  • Forecast project costings and manage payment applications.
  • Report financial progress and forecasts to stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Surveyor Quantity Surveyor should have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the property construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement strategies.
  • Excellent numerical skills and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency with industry-specific software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
