- Oversee all financial aspects of assigned projects.
- Ensure that all contractual terms are met in an efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to optimise cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Handle contract administration and sub-contract procurement.
- Forecast project costings and manage payment applications.
- Report financial progress and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Profile
A successful Surveyor Quantity Surveyor should have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience in the property construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement strategies.
- Excellent numerical skills and financial acumen.
- Proficiency with industry-specific software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
