Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Negotiator - Roath - £25k basic £30k package
This is a great opportunity to join a leading multi - branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand agent who have built up a truly impressive brand over the last several years. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who will also be involved in some Sales as well.
As an Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for:
- Arranging and carrying property viewings for both Sales and Lettings
- Negotiating sales and lets
- Listening to potential buyers and tenants requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
As an Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Negotiator you will have the following skill set:
- Recent experience working as an Estate Agent Sales or Lettings Negotiator
- Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license and Car
