A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a leading and award winning law firm based in Cardiff.

This role will offer you a varied caseload including dealing with sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.

The Role

Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion
Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner
Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers
Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
