Property Manager – Duties
- Being the initial point of contact for all Property Management issues day-to-day
- Liaising with Landlords in regards to maintenance and general queries
- Organise repairs, obtain quotes and coordinate with tenants and contractors
- Organise utility management for new tenancies
- Carry out property inspections when required
Property Manager – Experience Needed
- Attention to detail required
- Able to build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong work ethic and able to work as part of a team
- Able to deal with conflict and strong dispute resolution skills
- Keen to hit targets and achieve results
- Previous Property Management / Lettings experience is desirable
- At least 12 months' customer service experience is required
