Our client is seeking a Block Manager to become a valuable addition to their vibrant team.About the Role: As a Block Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery while upholding housing, health, and safety regulations.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Serving as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, and contractors.
  • Coordinating property maintenance and managing utility suppliers efficiently.
  • Conducting regular property inspections and overseeing Section 20 processes.
  • Effectively managing budgets, service charges, and compliance records.
  • Providing support for HR processes related to on-site staff and leading team development initiatives.
