- Serving as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, and contractors.
- Coordinating property maintenance and managing utility suppliers efficiently.
- Conducting regular property inspections and overseeing Section 20 processes.
- Effectively managing budgets, service charges, and compliance records.
- Providing support for HR processes related to on-site staff and leading team development initiatives.
