Student Lettings Administrator - Cardiff - up to £25k plus commission

My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the Cardiff area for many years. They are currently looking for a Student Lettings Administrator to join their friendly team who ideally has experience in the property industry.

The Student Lettings Administrator role briefly includes:

  • Dealing with incoming enquiries
  • Booking viewings and valuations
  • Carrying out property inspections and viewings
  • Handling applications
  • Preparing move ins
  • Dealing with maintenance issues
  • Carrying out general Lettings Administration duties

Key Skills Required:

  • Previous Lettings Administration experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Full UK Licence and Car
