Are you a experienced receptionist, who likes to make a great first impression? We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front of House Assistant to join a Top Tier Law Firm, based in the Cardiff office. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced individual with a strong client focus. The successful candidate will manage all client areas within the building and ensure exceptional client care both in person and over the phone.

What You'll Be Doing as a Legal Receptionist:

  • Welcoming and assisting clients
  • Providing refreshments, including ordering and setting up lunches
  • Tidying rooms and conducting quality checks
  • Adjusting room setups as needed
  • Managing invoice reconciliation
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Performing scanning, binding, and photocopying tasks
  • Maintaining sufficient stock of stationery, printing supplies, and other consumables
  • Conducting administrative tasks such as opening and scanning morning post for Fee Earners, and preparing outgoing post for Royal Mail and DX collection
  • Managing archiving tasks, including closing files, handling deeds and wills, and preparing them for collection
  • Booking couriers and coordinating on-site parking arrangements

To thrive in this role, as a Legal Receptionist you'll need:

The ideal candidate will be confident, polished, and efficient, showcasing an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility with job responsibilities and working hours is required. Applicants should be computer literate with a basic understanding of Outlook and Word.

Though legal experience would be desirable, it is not essential. If you are working Front of House in professional services, feel free to apply.
