Reception & Administration Assistant (Cardiff Office)

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reception & Administration Assistant to join a well established law firm’s Cardiff office. This role includes managing reception, assisting the Client Manager, Marketing Manager, and supporting the general administration team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients in person and via phone, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Manage client file opening processes, ensuring compliance with protocols.
  • Provide administrative support to both the Client Manager and Marketing Manager.
  • Handle client inquiries and determine appropriate legal team referrals.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organisational skills.
  • Professional demeanour, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information.
