Are you a customer / client facing individual, looking to branch into the renewable energy market, where you will be trained on a futureproof set of skills?

The organisation are leading energy efficiency specialists who provide grant funded energy saving solutions to domestic properties. They are expanding into the commercial market - providing B2B solutions, as well as expanding their sales team to provide private services. In this role, you will be providing vital assistance to ensure customers are receiving the best possible service. From technical administration to delivering customer support, this is an incredibly varied role where you will gain invaluable experiences to develop your skillset.

The Role:

  • Management of inbound customer enquiries.
  • ECO Submission assessments.
  • Project management - management of surveyor and engineer appointments.
  • EPC Register checks.
  • Customer reviews and social media communication support.

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience in delivering an excellent service to customers.
  • Strong communication skills - with the ability to multitask and manage projects.
  • Willing to learn about technical aspects of domestic energy efficiency methods.
  • IT Literate - including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Looking to develop and progress personal career goals.
