If you are an Education Recruitment Consultant in the Cardiff area with ambition this could be for you

Weve been exclusively retained for this role to help this small but established recruitment agency grow over the next few years.

I am looking to speak to an experienced Education Recruiter who will work from home but will need to be based close to Cardiff to visit clients and attend recruitment fairs. You will meet up regularly with the Directors.

This agency was set up 4 years ago by 2 Co-Founders and now has a client base of over 50 schools in Cardiff and the South Wales area. They have lots of repeat business, and quite a few of their agreements are on an exclusive basis.

In this role, you will inherit existing clients so you will be billing from the start. Youll be expected to develop new business as well to grow the client base further.

Youll be supported in this role by the 2 Directors, all your compliance will be taken care of so that you can spend more time building relationships with clients and candidates.

They have a well-maintained CRM system that is bespoke for day 2-day supply, and youll have access to all the usual tools to support you in the role.

They have a structured plan to grow the business over the next few years so this role can develop into a management role if thats a route you wish to take. They are looking to add more Recruiters later this year and over the next few years.

In terms of salary, they are flexible depending on someones experience, they expect the salary to be between £30-£40k they will look at higher salaries for the right person.

They have a competitive commission scheme that would see you earn around £2-3k per month for running a desk at 100 days out per week (depending on roles filled).
