As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape futures by matching the right candidates with the right schools, making a lasting impact on education.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with schools, ensuring a deep understanding of their staffing needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to find and attract top teaching and support staff.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure candidates meet both client requirements and sector standards.
- Job Matching: Align candidates’ skills and preferences with suitable opportunities, creating ideal matches for both parties.
- Compliance Management: Guarantee all safeguarding and regulatory requirements are met, including background checks and certification.
- Market Research: Stay informed about trends in education to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Business Development: Actively identify opportunities to expand our client base and grow the business.
About You
- A natural communicator with a talent for building trust and strong relationships, both over the phone and in person.
- A self-starter with undeniable motivation to succeed and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of the education sector and its unique recruitment challenges is advantageous.
- Educated to A-level or equivalent; experience in recruitment or education is a plus.
