About the Role:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IFA Administrator to join theirteam, providing critical support in theirfinancial planning and investment services. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an IFA administrative role, ideally with proficiency in Intelligent Office (IO), and a solid background in pensions and investments. This is a full-time role, with competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers, ensuring all client documentation is managed accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date client records within Intelligent Office (IO) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Process new business applications, including pensions and investment products, and coordinate client reviews.
- Prepare necessary documentation for adviser-client meetings and manage all client-related correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact between advisers and clients, addressing general inquiries and coordinating schedules.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be smartly presented and possess first-rate communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing them to liaise confidently with clients and providers. While qualifications such as RO1, CF1, FA1, or equivalents are advantageous, experience within a Financial Planning Firm is highly desirable.
