Role: Internal Recruiter
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid / Cardiff
12-month FTC (with the potential for extension)
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop a deep understanding of business requirements to identify suitable candidates.
- Proactively source candidates using various resources.
- Create and review job advertisements and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review and update job descriptions.
- Manage and update the jobs page on the website.
- Review and respond to applicants, organise interviews, and maintain job boards.
- Conduct interviews, manage recruitment paperwork, and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Organise and deliver induction programs for new starters.
What you'll need:
- Proven end to end recruitment experience (i.e. advert creation, CV sifting, booking interviews etc)
- Ability to build effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Attention to detail and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamworking skills.
