TSR Legal currently have a brand new opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join its rapidly expanding Legal team based in Central Cardiff

As a Legal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring Legal talent for a broad-ranging client base across South Wales and the South West of England. This role involves managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from identifying candidates for suitable roles, developing existing client relationships as well as developing and attracting new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruitment or a sales background.

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across the Legal industry, both qualified and non-qualified
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top legal talent.
  • Use various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to source candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability for specific roles.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and clients in a timely manner.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and market conditions.
  • Provide market intelligence to clients and candidates.
