You will coach managers on recruitment policies, work collaboratively across teams, and manage end-to-end recruitment, including attraction, shortlisting, and interviewing.Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute targeted resourcing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance within company policies and Civil Service Recruitment Principles.
  • Deliver excellent candidate and manager experiences.
  • Support job evaluation, maintaining role descriptions and governance processes.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and workforce panels.
  • Maintain position registers, organograms, and recruitment data.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and internal recruitment training.
  • Ensure legal compliance and high recruitment standards.
Requirements
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and high-volume campaigns. (Essential)
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation, equalities legislation, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of Civil Service Recruitment Principles.
