The Opportunity:

As we celebrate the New Year, our Business Support specialism in Cardiff continues to flourish. Due to our ongoing growth and success, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You'll be part of a well-established group of high achievers who are eager to share their knowledge and support you. The Business Support specialism covers a range of commercial vacancies, from administrators and receptionists to customer service advisors, sales consultants, and senior-level managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Strategic business development - B2B sales calls & written sales
  • Networking with clients and candidates both virtually and face-to-face
  • Using LinkedIn Recruiter to map clients and candidates
  • Sourcing and matching candidates to clients, arranging interviews/meetings
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients and candidates
