Proven Recruitment Experience: A solid track record of delivering results within one of our core markets (SAP, Salesforce, Data & Analytics Cyber Security & Software Engineering) is certainly preferable although other tech recruitment backgrounds would certainly be transferable.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional negotiation skills and build and maintain relationships.
