Our client is an established business and has exciting plans to expand in the next few years, which involves a fully remote set up with regular travel to South Wales,without employees compromising on career progression.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has recruited in the Tech space but is working in a larger business where career and financial progression is limited.

About you ?
- MUST have 3 years 360 Tech recruitment experience. You know the Tech market.
- You are self-motivated and have successfully worked remotely previously.
- Empathy, competitiveness, self-motivation, and great listening skills
- Eager to develop the business, not scared of business development.
- Personable and friendly
- Creative and inquisitive
- You want to cut out micromanagement.
