Your new role as a Tech Recruiter

We are currently looking for ambitious and sales driven individuals to join us as a Recruiter (like a Recruitment Consultant but without new business generation).

You will be joining the Technology specialism at Hays; technology is our fastest growing sector and the most profitable part of the business. As one of our specialist consultants, you would work with a range of clients hiring across the technology sector, matching them with the best talent in tech.

As a Recruiter, you'll work alongside a Key Account Manager (BD Manager) to manage your own area of the Technology market. You will work within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment and have responsibility for the following:

  • Managing job vacancies from start to finish
  • Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
  • Matching the best candidates to the best jobs
  • Building relationships with existing clients
  • Gathering compliance and rights to work
  • Advertising jobs

Your new office

The Cardiff team are one of the highest performing teams in the UK. The office is situated centrally (just behind the Cardiff Central train station) in a modern building, three minutes' walk to the city centre.
