The Role:

The role of the Recruiter is to develop, grow and generate new business through direct sales activity and candidate management in line with the office and Carbon60 business plan. Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Carbon60 promises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build good working relationships with clients, candidates, peers, and managers.
  • Proactively maintain telephone contact with client users to define and fulfil assignments.
  • Deliver contract and/or permanent assignments to meet client needs and maximise profitability.
  • Review active assignments daily for 'fillability' and handle appropriately
  • Qualify candidate's suitability for a position through interview.
  • Despatch CVs of quality candidates to our clients ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain telephone and face-to-face contact with workers in line with corporate standards.
  • Liaise with Payroll to handle worker queries promptly.
  • To understand and comply with all current legislation and regulations
  • Resolve successfully issues relating to contracts, grievances, and conflict.
