Are you an experienced compliance manager / supervisor with experience in OFGEM - looking to specialise your skillset and receive training into government led eco grants, the future of domestic energy efficiency?

The organisation are leading energy efficiency specialists who provide grant funded energy saving solutions to domestic properties. They are expanding into the commercial market - providing B2B solutions, as well as expanding their sales team to provide private services. With heavy government backing, they are in a huge period of growth and are looking to increase their headcount as such.
In this role, you will be managing the compliance team, who's purpose is to manage the whole application process - ensuring customers are met with accurate and straight forward communication on what they can receive through government eco grants.
This is the perfect role for someone who has compliance experience within the energy sector and is looking to head up a team within an established organisation. You will be looking to become a specialist in eco grants through training, as well as looking for a company who can develop yourself through qualification training to suit your own career goals.
The Role:
- Overseeing the compliance team - ensuring customers receive a smooth process when applying for Solar PV and Heat Pumps under ECO grants.
- Upholding compliance standards, and strategizing improvements to the compliance process / team.
- Contract management - working with funding contracts for utility providers, local authority contracts, framework agreements and more.
- Training will be provided on everything you do not have experience in!
The Person:
- Experience working in compliance within the energy market / OFGEM.
- Supervisory experience.
- Degree of contract management experience.
- Looking to train and specialise into specific government led ECO grants.
