RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist with GDPR, data protection, and AML compliance, providing guidance on queries and supporting regulatory assessments.
* Serve as a point of contact for internal teams seeking compliance-related advice.
* Investigate and resolve client complaints in line with internal policies and regulations. Maintain accurate records and liaise with external regulators when needed.
* Handle notifications of potential or actual professional negligence, advising on necessary actions and maintaining indemnity records.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor or equivalent (England and Wales) with experience in managing professional negligence matters.
* Knowledge of GDPR, AML, and professional conduct regulations.
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
