The role of the Business Development Manager Brick Products will involve:

Field sales position high end range of manufactured bricks

All of your time will be spent selling to national developers such as: Taylor Wimpey, Redrow and Barratt Homes

Inheriting a well-established area currently turning over £15m

Ensuring call plans, CRM system and reporting are consistently up to date and timely

Regularly reporting into National Business Development manager and working along-side other area sales managers

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager Brick Products with:

Must have sold heavyside building products to developers

Ideally contacts within the likes of Taylor Wimpey, Redrow and Barratt Homes

Team player

Consultative, service driven sales approach with exceptional key account management / relationship building experience

Commercially astute: appreciation for profit margins, presenting, communication and exceptional negotiation skills

Well presented, determined, analytical with genuine integrity

Excellent presentation and communication skills
