I have a brand new concept Restaurant & Bar, looking for a highly experienced Bars Manager.
Proficient in all things Cocktail, running a tight ship and delivering an ultimate customer service, in alliance with the Restaurant strategy.
As a Bars Manager
- Responsible for rota day & evening service
- Ensuring you have the correct Mixologist on for evening service
- Compliance & Health & Safety proficient
- Be able to deliver a 5 star customer service
The Person
- At least 1yrs management experience preferable Bars Manager already
- Restaurant, Bar or Catering background
- Strong Cocktail background to be able to write menus and manage your mixologists
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to manage a small team
- Can manage and perform all Beverage compliance
- Able to write manuals for operating a Bar
