- Delivering high-quality lessons across various subjects and year groups in line with the curriculum.
- Adapting to different school environments and quickly integrating into each school’s culture.
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Following lesson plans as provided and ensuring continuity in learning.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and fostering a supportive environment for all students.
- Working collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams to support student success.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in secondary schools.
- Strong subject knowledge across one or more subjects.
- Adaptability and resilience to work in different school settings.
- Excellent classroom management skills and a positive approach to education.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one (This will be provided free of charge by SET) and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on short-term and long-term placements as required
