Welsh-Speaking Staff Needed for Schools in Cardiff - Teaching & Support RolesAre you a fluent Welsh speaker looking for a rewarding role in education? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking Welsh-speaking staff to work in Welsh-medium schools across Cardiff in both teaching and support roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain paid school experience, with flexible working options available from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.To be considered for this role, you must be fluent in Welsh and have a good level of education to support Welsh-speaking learners in their studies. While previous school experience is not essential, experience working with young people is beneficial. Most importantly, we are looking for confident, adaptable, and reliable individuals who can build strong relationships with both students and staff. A minimum commitment of three days per week is required.We provide full training and support, helping you develop your skills while gaining valuable experience in schools.
