Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support students during classroom activities.
- Provide tailored support to students, including one-to-one sessions and small group work, to help them thrive academically and socially.
- Assist in creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and confidence.
- Support the monitoring of student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
- Contribute to the organization of school initiatives and events, enhancing the overall learning experience.
About You
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for education, and a commitment to helping secondary students succeed.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- A supportive and proactive attitude, with a focus on student development and wellbeing.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable to support flexibility in working across the school and potentially other locations.
