Part-time Secretary
Brook Street are recruiting for a Secretary to join a fantastic organisation on a part-time (28 hours per week) temporary basis. You will be working from their Cardiff Office in Cathays. This role is for approximately 1 month.
Duties:
- Provide secretarial support to officers/senior officers
- Diary management
- Receive, sort, and read incoming correspondence
- Arranging travel
- Ensuring all documentation in relation to the area are produced according to organisational guidelines
Skills/experience required:
- Experience of working within a Customer Service or administrative environment
- Experience as a secretary providing secretarial support
- Experience of providing advice and support in person and via telephone, including handling distressed customers
- Experience maintaining office filing and information recording systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Use of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, internet to a standard level
