Multitask Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a dynamic and expanding business within the energy industry, our client is currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to join their continuous growth. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of utility services projects, managing a range of single and multi-utility service packages such as volume infrastructure rollouts, renewable energy, turnkey solutions, and strategic development sites. This role will drive client satisfaction, manage teams, and support business objectives while ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Shape processes and workflows that enhance customer service.
  • Coach and mentor engineers, enabling them to grow and excel.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement business strategies and drive team performance.
  • Ensure positive customer experiences and resolve issues promptly, meeting customers when needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading teams in operational and engineering roles to deliver top-tier customer service.
  • Proven experience managing field-based engineers.
  • Confident leader capable of delivering quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, resilient under pressure, and collaborative, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Strong people skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and support engineers and customers in the field.
