We are working with a civil engineering contractor who has secured a significant work package on a major health project based in South Wales.
Due to several other ongoing projects within the region, they require a Senior Engineer/Sub Agent to alongside the Project Manager and assist with the delivery of this project.
The work package consists of foundations, base slabs, columns, retaining walls and structures etc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of a Site Engineer, Site Supervisor/Foreman, direct workforce, and sub-contractors
Additionally, the role will be responsible for managing quality, programme, ordering materials & stakeholder engagement.
They have several other regional projects in the pipeline and can offer the successful candidate an excellent salary, career progression, and continuity of regional work.
Required Experience:
- HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of four years post-qualification experience within a site engineering role
- Experience in setting out RC Frame/Structures
- Experience of quality management, ITPS etc
