Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for this omni channel fashion retail business. The business has over 100 stores and strong presence online.

The main purpose of this Store Manager role is to maximise profit through effective management of the store and productivity of team whilst ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are achieved. This is a key store within their portfolio in the prestigious St David's area.

The roles and responsibilities for Store Manager -

  • Monitors store performance daily, weekly and monthly as well as year on year.
  • Identifies and proposes opportunities to improve store performance
  • Regularly communicate with Area Manager and provide quality feedback on sales performance.
  • Contribute to the store reaching its monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable at all times.
  • Train, supervise, develop and motivate employees to achieve the goals of the store.
  • Take full responsibility for the store, including security, conversion, people management and general store performance.

To be successful in this Store Manager are -

  • Previous experience in a Store Manager capacity as this is a Flagship store opportunity.
  • Must have experience in fast-paced fashion retail sector
  • Must have management a store with a 2million + budget
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • You must have budgetary and P&L experience
  • Must be self-motivated and driven and ben able to communicate well with your team, customers and senior leadership in the business.
  • Have worked closely with your team regarding performance management and appraisal reviews.
