We are seeking a qualified CYP Health and Social Care Assessor to join our client in Cardiff. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both from home and within the community, covering learners within an hour's radius of your home address.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and supporting learners to achieve their NVQs in Health and Social Care - Children and young people.
  • Planning and delivering high-quality training sessions tailored to individual learner needs.
  • Monitoring and reviewing learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with awarding body requirements.
  • Engaging with employers and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK Driver's Licence.
  • Qualifications and experience in CYP NVQ Assessing.
  • Proven experience working in residential childcare, with relevant occupational qualifications.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
