Support Worker - WAKING NIGHTS ONLY

Prospero Health and Social Care supports Children and Young Adults in unregistered settings and bespoke crisis intervention placements. We are actively seeking experienced support staff for our ever-expanding organization in Cardiff and surrounding areas.

We have excellent part time and full time opportunities on an agency basis for Support/senior Workers to join our team. Everyday is different and you will face new challenges, we need staff members with a can-do attitude, that are willing to go above and beyond for the children in their care to better their lives, promoting independence, being a role model and achieving a successful home environment for them to live , in line with local authority care plan.

- 12 months paid experience within the health and social care sector (working with children and young adults)

- Must be able to drive and has business insurance

- Happy to travel

- Accommodation provided

- Reliable, flexible and compassionate

- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people (desired but not essential)

- Social Care registered
