You will become part of a successful charity organisation, who support adults with mental health issues, substance misuse and addictions. Their aim is to help support individuals to regain their independent living skills whilst providing an environment where they can thrive. This organisation has numerous projects across South Wales, providing a safe space for individuals to be themselves. You will become part of a team that delivers a person-centred approach and creates a safe and stimulating environment where everyone can achieve their potential.Your new role:

This role will consist of managing a service within the Cardiff area. You will be involved in the daily support of the individuals, providing person-centred care and promoting independence when necessary. A large part of the role is managing your staff team by completing staff and on call rota’s, care plans and risk assessments, supervisions and delivering training. In this role, you have a real chance to have a positive impact on people’s lives and improving your standard of living. You will be working in the project across Monday – Friday.

What you will need to succeed:

You must hold at least 1 years’ experience of working in the social care sector, supporting vulnerable individuals with mental health issues. It is essential that you hold a full UK drivers’ licence for this position. Full training will be provided for this role as well as support to complete qualifications to enhance your development within the organisation.
