We are working with a Charity based in South Wales or are looking for a Personal Wellbeing Coach to join their team on an 18-month FTC contract. Job Title: Personal Wellbeing Coach Location: South WalesHours: 35 hours per week (flexible hours)Salary: £23,700Personal Wellbeing Coach responsibilities:
  • Support around families and other significant relationships
  • Support to reduce social isolation and improve decision-making/lifestyle choices
  • Support with emotional wellbeing
  • Provide through the gates support for those leaving prison
Personal Wellbeing Coach requirements:
  • Experience of engaging successfully with challenging people, for example people who have complex needs, people who are reluctant to discuss their needs, and people who are angry and confused
  • Experience in working with partner agencies either as part of a multi-agency team working towards common objectives or negotiating to establish links to further the aims of a project.
  • An understanding and knowledge of the barriers faced by people with complex and multiple needs as well as relevant specialist support services
