What you will do:

  • Lead a small sub-team and oversee staff development and supervision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Support the Team Manager in implementing the Signs of Safety approach, enhancing team performance.
  • Chair high-risk Strategy Meetings on a rotation basis, collaborating with other sub-teams to safeguard children and young people.
  •  Assist the Team Manager with “ragging” referrals, allocations, and authorising social worker assessments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Foster strong professional relationships with MASH Partner Agencies, promoting positive and meaningful collaboration.
  •  Contribute to the development of the service and participate in task force groups to drive improvement.
  • Operate effectively under pressure, making confident decisions to ensure timely provision of services.
