Your new companyThe company is dedicated to offering support to both adults and children with a range of needs, including learning disabilities and complex needs. You'll play a crucial role in leading and developing support services across your region. You will work in partnership with all involved parties to continually improve and develop the services.

Your new role As responsible individual, you will contribute to implementing the services' strategic aims. You will ensure that the services have a proactive approach to safeguarding and quality assurance. Prepare reports and policy documents relevant to the objectives of the role. You will be a representative for the company at meetings and other forums. There would also be a need for you to lead the support services in the absence of the Director of support.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Driving Licence - essential
  • Residential experience as a registered manager
  • QCF/ NVQ L5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing people and services
  • Experience setting and managing budgets
  • Experience of managing formal processes such as safeguarding, complaints and risk management
  • Post subject to enhanced DBS check
