Position: Social Worker Support for Families
Location: Cardiff, UK
Rate: £36.84 per hour
About the Role: As a Social Worker supporting families in Cardiff, you will play a pivotal role in assessing needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the welfare of vulnerable families. Your work will directly impact the lives of those in our community, providing vital support during challenging times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of recent experience as a social worker in the UK
- Registration with Social Care Wales (SCW)
- Up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of families
