Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in their educational journey? We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our wonderful KS1 class on a full-time, long-term basis until the end of the academic year (July 2025).

The Role:

  • Position: Learning Support Assistant

  • Location: A vibrant Primary School in Cardiff

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

  • Pay: £88.94 per day

  • Contract: Temporary (to cover long-term sickness)

  • End Date: July 2025 (end of academic year)

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be playing a key role in ensuring that our KS1 students receive the support they need to thrive. You'll assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing one-to-one support to children who need it most, helping to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential: Enhanced DBS check and registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

  • Experience: Ideally, a strong background in working with children in a Primary School setting, especially within Key Stage 1
