- Assist teachers in creating a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students.
- Work with individuals or small groups to provide targeted support and encouragement.
- Adapt to different school settings and student needs across Cardiff’s primary and or secondary schools.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive, engaging atmosphere.
- Support students with varying needs.
- Previous experience in an educational, childcare, or group setting with children (voluntary or paid).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive approach to working with young people.
- Adaptability and the ability to quickly integrate into new school environments.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
