We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a friendly Key Stage 2 classroom team. This role involves working closely with the class teacher to support all pupils in accessing the curriculum, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

?? About the Role:
  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support as needed

  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere

  • Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources

  • Supporting children with varying needs to achieve their full potential

? The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Proven experience working in a Primary School setting, ideally within KS2

  • A relevant qualification in childcare, education, or learning support (desirable)

  • A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to working with children and staff

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils and colleagues

  • An enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) and EWC registration
