  • Care work, youth work, or mentoring
  • Personal experience supporting individuals with SEN
  • Relevant transferable skills from other roles
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with a variety of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and physical or learning difficulties.
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Providing one-on-one or small-group support to help pupils achieve their potential.
