Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Tradewind Recruitment Cardiff is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of supportive and inclusive SEN schools in Cardiff.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs (ALN).
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Support pupil's emotional, social, and physical development.
  • Encourage independence and confidence in students.
  • Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils of varying age ranges and abilities.
  • Manage challenging behaviour effectively and promote a positive learning environment.
Candidate Requirements
