The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs (ALN).
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Support pupil's emotional, social, and physical development.
- Encourage independence and confidence in students.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils of varying age ranges and abilities.
- Manage challenging behaviour effectively and promote a positive learning environment.
We are looking for flexible and enthusiastic individuals with:
- Experience working with SEN pupils in any capacity (e.g., schools, youth groups, care settings).
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's needs.
- The ability to adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively with staff.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures (training will be provided if needed).
- Competitive pay: £85 - £92.50 per day.
