- Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
- Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, including personal care.
- Supporting students with their social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and interaction.
- Helping to create a safe and supportive classroom environment.
- Monitoring and recording students' progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and own car
