Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of nurses and support staff.
- Oversee the delivery of nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with care plans and best practices.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Liaise with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
